Sheebu David is the Human Resources Leader, GE Energy India Engineering Operations (IEO). In her current role, she is responsible for leading the HR initiatives for the Engineering Operations across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Mumbai. Sheebu joined GE in 2005 and has been with GE Capital for the last 5 years, initially as the O&S Leader at Commercial Finance and more recently as the HRM for GE Money. She has more that 12 years of industry experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, C&B and M&A. Prior to joining GE, she has worked with Perfetti Van Melle, HCL Comnet and Shoppers' Stop.

Sheebu graduated from Symbiosis Center for Management & HRD in 1998.
