Deepak is the Managing Director of InspireOne Consultants. He leads and manages the Indian operations of its global partners: TMIA/s (UK), KENEXA (USA), TACK (UK). Deepak provides strategic direction on OD initiatives, Talent Management projects; facilitates strategy formulation and implementation, and enhances senior-level leadership through executive coaching, training and consulting assignments. Some of his clients include: Unilever, Oracle, DHL, Blue Dart, Accenture, HSBC, GPIL, MNYL, Avantha Group, RBS, GSK, TCS, etc.

He has over three decades of business experience that is a multidimensional mix of corporate and consulting assignments across industries. He has been the MD of ModiCorp - a diversified group comprising of various businesses: - Xerox Modicorp, Spicecom, Spice Net, Alcatel Modi Network Systems. His other corporate roles have included Operations, Strategic and Board level assignments.

Deepak's strength lies in relating people development challenges to clear business issues that allows him to bring a strategic perspective to Learning and Development. Having been a business leader himself, he brings a unique perspective towards challenges and dynamics in leadership development.

As an executive coach, he has enhanced the effectiveness and impacted the growth and development of leaders at all levels--from mentoring assignments for business strategy to coaching assignments for impacting behavioral and leadership competencies.

Creativity, an intrigue for problem solving, empathy based on experience and insight on business issues and environment are part of his repertoire as a coach and mentor. He is a certified Emotional Intelligence (EI) coach and facilitator. With his expertise in EI, he enables leaders to leverage their personal strengths, build self-awareness and understand the impact of their EI profile on their leadership behaviors. He is also certified on Kenexa's Assessment and Development Centres and Development Programs.

Ltd., Escorts Tractors Ltd., Spicecom, Spicenet, JobsAhead, E-Gurucool, Liqvid, etc. He is widely traveled and has been a keynote speaker in various academic and industry forums around the world. He has received his MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi. He is also an alumnus of INSEAD France.
