Ed Cohen is Executive Vice President of Nelson Cohen Global Consulting, a firm that specializes in helping companies and leader transition to a global mindset and build values based leadership cultures.  A global strategic talent leader with 30 years of influencing change and shifting cultures, Cohen has worked with people in more than 40 countries helping companies and their leaders to transition to a global mindset.  He is the internationally published author for Leadership Without Borders, Successful Strategies from World Class Leaders (John Wiley & Sons) which received multiple accolades including 22 weeks in the # 1 spot in the global leadership category on Amazon.com. He is also the co-author of Riding the Tiger: Leading Through Learning in Turbulent Times.

Since 2005, Ed has been concentrating his efforts on working with companies around the world to develop their leadership strategies, transition to a global mindset and shift towards values-based leadership. Apollo Tyres, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte India, L & T Construction and Engineering, Mahindra Satyam, Prudential Retirement Services, and Softserve Technologies are just a few of the companies that have benefited from Ed’s strategic guidance.

Ed earned a Master of Science degree in education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Florida.
