Himanshu is a learning & development professional with a great business leadership intellect. Currently, he leads Talent Management and Organization Development for Ingersoll Rand. Ingersoll Rand is a world leader in creating and sustaining safe, comfortable and efficient environments in commercial, residential and industrial markets.

Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Himanshu was with the Global Head of Learning & Development at CPA Global. In his role at CPA Global, Himanshu established and led a global Learning & Development team spread across 4 continents.

Himanshu has also been a part of InspireOne - a conglomeration of leading brands in the learning industry such as TMI (Personal Development), CHPD (Leadership Development) and TACK (Sales Development).

As an expert, Himanshu has led and managed Organization Development projects for prestigious clients across varied industries such as ITES, Software, Telecom, Hospitality, Finance, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Retail among others.
