Rajesh has over 21 years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibilities and ‘hands-on’ exposure to various facets of Human Resources like Recruitment, Performance Management, Change Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, Employee Perception Surveys, MIS & budgeting related to HR, Payroll & Personnel  Administration. He has a good mix of Indian and International exposure. He possesses well-developed analytical and interpersonal skills. He is an effective cross-cultural communicator with ability to listen and interpret employee and client needs.

Rajesh is currently associated with Infotech Enterprises Limited, Noida as VP Human Resources. Infotech Enterprises is a global software services company specializing in geospatial, engineering design and IT solutions with 8700 plus associates at its various offices worldwide. At Infotech, Rajesh is responsible for leading the talent engagement and talent development initiatives.

Prior to this he served as a Director Human Resources at Tele Atlas India Pvt. Ltd where he was responsible for ensuring that appropriate HR systems, policies & processes were laid out & followed in the Indian operations thus creating a high performing work culture that attracted and developed talent and motivated the employees to contribute effectively towards realising the Tele Atlas India Vision.  Before joining Tele Atlas, Rajesh served a Japanese multinational, Grapecity. He has also worked with other organisations in India and Europe.

Rajesh has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and also holds a Masters in Physics from Panjab University, Chandigarh where he was a University rank holder. Rajesh is a life member of the Academy of HRD, Ahmadabad and the National HRD Network, Delhi Chapter. He is on the HR sub committee of the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), Northern Region, and is also a member of the organizing committee of the Asia Pacific HRM Congress 2008. Rajesh is a licensed NLP practitioner and also a Certified Examiner for Quality Management under the Ram Krishna Bajaj National Quality Awards. (RBNQA).

Since July 2002, Rajesh is the President of an NGO called “To the Heart”. This NGO supports the education of 100 under privileged children in Delhi and is completely run and financed by the employees of Infotech.
