Surabhi Mittal has completed her Masters in Social Work from Delhi University followed by a Post Graduate Specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis, Pune.
She has had 12 years of experience in various areas of Human resource across industries in India & overseas. She has worked in Pharmaceutical, ITES, Retail and Telecom sectors and has developed a key focus on Performance Management and Learning & Development.
She started her career with Group Usha where she joined as Management Trainee in the corporate HR team. Today she leads the South Asia HR team of Colorcon, the world-leader in pharmaceutical formulation technology.
She is a member of National HRD society and conducts management sessions for MBA students in her spare time.
