Vikas Chaturvedi is a Strategic and Senior Human Capital Consultant with The Gallup Organisation, based at the New Delhi Office.
Chaturvedi tailors & delivers Gallup’s solutions in the domains of employee and customer engagement, HR policy formulation & alignment, and organic growth.
His focus areas include organizational need analysis & diagnostics, HR metrics & systems institutionalization, engagement barrier solutions, executive coaching for senior leaders & strengths based development programs.
He has facilitated blue chip client management teams across Asia in areas of HR processes alignment and performance measurement, people development initiatives in a range of organizations across large private & public sector enterprises from both manufacturing & service industries.
He has held key roles in line management, strategic planning and human performance enhancement strategies in a career spanning 14 years. He is a speaker at various corporate forums and is a published author. He recently spoke at the National Conference on HRM 2011 in New Delhi.
